Ethical attitudes of the future Russian officials and businessmen: Comparative analysis

Introduction. In accordance with the Bucharest Declaration of Ethical Values and Principles Higher Education (2004), modern universities cannot be considered only as scientific technical “factories” in isolation from values ethical norms. their mission society, they should “contribute every possible way to establishment inculcation highest moral standards”. this article, problem training future government municipal employees Russian country is actualised based on analysis research results attitudes order indirectly assess effectiveness anti-corruption students specialised educational programmes areas “Government Municipal Administration” “Law”. Aim. The present empirical study aimed identify officials comparison entrepreneurs, well commercial companies officials. Methodology methods . authors conducted an online research. involved 874 people. main test sample (134 students) consisted two groups: speciality “Law” (70 people), business education (64 people). background (39.0% total sample) (36.5%), representatives NGOs (6.8%). course a comparative study, using questionnaire “Moral Views (Amoralism)-2” by E. A. Bulgakova, scale “Dark Future” Z. Zalessky, tested hypothesis samples representatives. was some works foreign fact that entrepreneurs were expected have higher degree relativism (than officials), supporting personal standards rejecting universal principles.
